christmas decorations jazz music breakfast buffet extra deposit lobby window early drilling
The Christmas decorations was beautiful, mostly because I visited in December. The jazz music in the bar created a cozy atmosphere. It was easy to walk to South Kensington station. The breakfast buffet was delicious, because it had so many options. Nimfa was really good at her job, arranged seats.
I was asked to pay an extra deposit, even after I prepaid a deposit online. This wasn't explained before my arrival, and was confusing. The room's window faced into the lobby, so I did not get fresh air. I heard drilling at 7 AM, which awoke me early.

Wonderful Experience!
front desk service tube access turndown service
I found the hotel to be very cute! The front desk service was quick. I could explore without delay because they took my bags when I arrived early. I found tube access via the Piccadilly Line ideal! It made traveling from Heathrow so easy. The mini fridge had water, juice, and soda, next to a nespresso machine. The rooms have such great decoration. The turndown service was also a nice touch.
The hotel room was nice. I was woken at 3am by music coming from a nearby room. The music was very loud, followed by someone having a loud conversation. Presumably on their phone. It really ruined what would have been a perfect stay.

The breakfast service was really good! I especially appreciated the gluten-free options available. Each morning, the staff was helpful. It made starting the day so pleasant.

The hotel is located in a safe area. Getting around was effortless because there were two Underground stations nearby. I always found cabs readily available right outside. The gym has modern equipment.

An Amazing Stay with Really good Staff!
attentive staff friendly bartender convenient location
Rosie was an absolute joy. Her attentiveness. The bartenders downstairs also were friendly and provided great service. The location proved perfect, nestled conveniently between two rail stations.
The room decor was fine, but lacked practical storage space. They could remove the fake fireplace to provide more drawer space. I understand the aesthetic, but storage for clothing is crucial.

The gym has modern equipment. It features a Peloton bike for cycling enthusiasts. I noticed there were ample towels available. The machines are well spaced, great for comfortable workouts. Everything looked very tidy and clean.

the location was great, near the natural history museum. the breakfast was tasty (i especially liked the pastries!).
my room overlooked a wall, so the view wasn't great. the room felt a bit musty upon arrival, perhaps due to recent rain.

a nice stay
helpful staff breakfast buffet convenient location
The staff was helpful with my luggage and directions. firas assisted me, he showed genuine care. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety. I especially liked the pastries. the location was near museums and shops. Very convenient (i even walked to some!).
the room i was assigned initially was smaller than expected, it was quite a squeeze with luggage. i wish i had known beforehand about the room dimensions.
